What a wonderful time was had by all, at the end of July, when we held our first Training Camp, open to all competitors. It was our privilege and our pleasure to host so many wonderful dancers, of all ages and stages, and welcome celebrated professionals to run classes, over the two days, here at Romeo Dance Academy.
We were absolutely thrilled that both British Champions and UK Professional Champions Alisa Margulis, Kyle Taylor and Michael and Lauren Hemera were able to join Accursio to lead workshops and practice. Fitness, Core Ballet, Musicality and Private Lessons were on the timetable each day, as well as Latin, with Michael and Lauren on Day 1 and Ballroom, with Alisa and Kyle on Day 2.
Fitness was run by Milton Keynes’s leading Personal Trainer, Adam Howkins. Romeo Dance Academy instructor Hannah Brewin led Core Ballet and Musicality was led by Lawrence Michalowski, Associated Musical Direct on the Lion King Tour. And of course, we had a Live Band!
