Our weekly timetable offers a fantastic variety of adult dance classes, with something for everyone, whatever your experience, confidence level or goals. From fun social dances and energetic styles to expressive movement and classic favourites, our classes are designed to help you learn new skills, stay active and enjoy the many benefits of dancing in a friendly, supportive environment.

7.45 – 8.30pm Adult Beginners Latin

7.00 – 7.45pm Advanced/ Technique Ballroom
7.45 – 8.30pm Advanced/ Technique Latin
